Light Wasabi soy ranch

Light Wasabi Soy Ranch!

I love Ranch dressing.  Love it.  The only problem, is that it isn't the healthiest dressing out there.  The store bought Ranch dressings are packed with either calories or all sorts of ingredients that cannot be pronounced.  I set out to make my own lighter recipe of my favorite dressing, a super simple dump, stir, and rest before serving that anyone can master!  This version is a Wasabi and soy flavor, but the original recipe is exactly the same, minus the Wasabi and soy sauce!  I came up with the Japanese inspired recipe to go with an amazing seared wasabi sesame crusted Ahi tuna salad, and it was perfect!  It is light, creamy, herby, and spicy, I hope you all enjoy!
